In preparation for your cutie’s big day, I have a few last minute details/questions.

We will need a fairly open spot, FREE OF TOYS (or other kid-friendly distractions) for our Kindermusik time. Most families use a living room area and push sofas, chairs & tables aside to create an open space. This allows the little ones to have room for movement, instruments and story time. It’s a good idea to have chairs around the parameter of the music space for adult family and friends. This also provides a semi-enclosure for those little ones who might wander off. If the party will be at a facility, please contact the owner/director to make sure there will be an open area, free of furniture for our Kindermusik time. Most children 3 years and younger want, and need their grown-up sitting & moving with them. Please encourage parents to accompany & stay with his/her child to the Kindermusik area as they arrive.
If party will be outdoors, please provide an enclosure and access to electricity for our Kindermusik time. The best way to do this is to make a circle of chairs that grownups can sit in, with children in the center.
Please be sure Kindermusik area is FREE OF TOYS OR PETS or any other distraction.

Birthday parties and special events are $115 for up to 12 children ages newborn to 5 years (includes deposit). Add $5 per child over the recommended minimum of 12. For example, if you have 15 children (ages NB-5 yrs.) attending, your total would be $130. *
A $50 NON-REFUNDBABLE deposit is due at least 2 weeks in advance; remainder due at event via cash or Venmo if not already paid on this webpage (5.5% transaction fee added).

Our Kindermusik party schedule will look like this:

o 1:30/1:40 pm Set-up & prep

o 2:00-2:10 pm Gathering/arrival time with instrument exploration

o 2:10-2:45 pm Themed Kindermusik activities ending with a march to “presents & cake”

o Next 15 min. I put away/clean-up while children eat/celebrate in the area you have designated
